Community Time Bank is a project of the Horizons program –an
18-month community leadership program to reduce poverty that was
introduced to the community by the East
Lewis County Chamber
and is corrdinated by the steering
committee. It is delivered by WSU
Extension,
and funded by Northwest
Area Foundation.
